This album was recorded in its entirety at Dented Head Studios in Newtonville, MA by Matt Mirande and John Rex with assistance from IPL. While sporadic at times, these recording efforts occurred between September 2001 and May 2002. Mixing was done mainly by John B. Rex though Matt did provide some quality technical assistance and words of encouragement. Running order was arrived upon via multiple sessions of "punch for punch." The finished recordings were fixed up and made ready for mass consumption by Peerless Mastering's Jeff Lipton. Jeff reports that while we apparently still records things without an adequate amount of "high end,"all in all things have improved. We are quite pleased about this. The sleeve concept was conceived by IPL and Matt. It was then swiftly consummated by IPL. The images are from a series called "Black and White" by David Akiba circa 1978. All fonts used were provided (at a healthy price) by House Industries. SharkAttack!
